Job Summary

Own New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering by developing, qualifying, and launching new manufacturing processes. Lead process development from prototyping through IQ/OQ/PQ validation and launch, including DOE runs and First Article validation. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs) and support traceability, safety, and cleanroom requirements. Train operators and collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to deliver cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead process development activities for New Product Introduction projects, including prototyping, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and launch efforts.
•Participate in molding, inspection, characterization, and assist in generating process documentation (process sheets, work instructions, SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs).
•Perform process determination and DOE runs for process definition; oversee First Article sample and validation runs.
•Develop new processes, tooling, and manufacturing concepts to meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
