•Schedule and coordinate live and shareable training sessions for new partner locations.
•Track cross-functional action items across CS, Product, Data, Localization, and Task Logistics to ensure launch steps complete on time.
•Manage 10+ active Slack channels, triage inbound partner support requests, and route issues to the appropriate teams.
•Maintain Confluence as the source of truth, create/update onboarding documentation, and assist with hypercare monitoring and escalation after go-live.
