Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring physics simulation advances to healthcare enabling technologies without owning end applications.
  • •Define product vision and strategy for healthcare Physical AI simulation, covering classical physics-based and generative simulation.
  • •Develop PRDs with benchmarks, product metrics, and evaluation frameworks for simulation fidelity, scalability, policy performance, and developer efficiency.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across research, engineering, product, developer relations, marketing, and business development to move capabilities from research to releases and adoption.
  • •Establish early-access partnerships with healthcare developers and translate partner requirements into platform features; help determine upstream vs extension capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 258,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in product management or engineering with hands-on robotics or simulation expertise.
  • •Solid understanding of robotics and Physical AI, including robot learning, simulation, real-to-sim tuning, and sim-to-real transfer.
  • •Experience defining products or platforms involving simulation, synthetic data, digital twins, AI models, or developer tools.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts across physics simulation, generative AI, robotics, and healthcare into clear product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.
  • •Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or related fields.
