Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Work with multiple teams and factories to maintain manufacturing flow for bottleneck processes.
•Verify new supplier/technology of thermal/mechanical parts meets Nvidia specs.
•Manage DFM from early design stage through closure.
•Transition and qualify manufacturing knowledge to new sites for mass production, including handling prevention plans and risk assessments.
•Lead analysis of design and manufacturing risks and prototype manufacturing.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in EE, Automatic Control, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Eng (or equivalent experience).
•Proficient in both English and Chinese language.
•8+ years CM manufacturing process (mechanical assembly, packing process) management experience in computer electrical product.
•Familiarity with 3D drawing software Creo, or other mechanical drawing software.
•Knowledge of manufacturing process qualification tools (strain gauge test, DNP, cross section…), and familiarity with CPK, GR&R; knowledge of DFX, DOE, PFMEA, 8D, QPA, etc.
