Small Works Coordinator | Portsmouth (8 Months FTC)

Coordinate smaller refurbishment and maintenance projects to ensure delivery is smooth, on time, and to the required standards. Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams, manage purchasing and invoicing, and keep project trackers up to date. Provide clear progress updates and reports to stakeholders while solving issues as they arise, helping drive a collaborative culture and meeting deadlines.
