•Provide architecture and design, use-case solutioning, and solution implementation advice.
•Partner with Professional Services for seamless handoffs on broader service engagements.
•Serve as an adviser/counselor to customers and a technical coach during post-sales engagements.
•Deliver architectural blueprints, best practices, expert sessions, and scoped implementations to guide customer adoption.
•Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering/Product Management and contribute updates for continuous improvement of Informatica products.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products, including IDMC Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Access Management, and Cloud Data Quality.
•Experience in Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Access Management, and Cloud Data Quality services.
•Background in pre-sales or post-sales consulting for enterprise software solutions.
•Ability to serve as a technical coach to colleagues in the customer success team.
•Experience providing architecture/design, use-case solutioning, and solution implementation advice.
