Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization and design significant parts of the infrastructure with a high bar for quality.
  • •Raise the bar on how we build and operate software by setting standards for robust, maintainable, reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
  • •Grow engineering talent through mentoring, coaching, and hiring to strengthen Attio’s engineering organization.
  • •Deliver for the business by optimizing delivery decisions to balance speed and perfection and by understanding customer needs to deliver valuable experiences.
  • •Collaborate across teams to translate product goals into scalable technical solutions and influence the long-term architecture while considering business priorities.
