Key Responsibilities

  • •Run collaborative discovery workshops to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical scopes and solution blueprints.
  • •Architect and execute hands-on deployments of customer-specific context models, data structures, and end-to-end supply chain blueprints in the Celonis platform.
  • •Own customer deployments end-to-end from kickoff to live production, presenting solution architecture and strategic value to cross-functional stakeholders and executive teams.
  • •Design, validate, and test decision intelligence functions, including optimization algorithms and predictive models, for specific use cases.
  • •Deconstruct monolithic application architectures and convert deployment learnings into reusable semantic entities and modular context libraries.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a solution engineering, product engineering, technical product management, forward-deployed/implementation consulting, or comparable technical customer-facing hybrid role.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of core supply chain and procurement operational workflows and ability to communicate with C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Expertise in data analysis and data modeling using tools native to the Celonis platform, including SQL and Python (PQL is a significant asset).
  • •Advanced architectural mastery of LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns for enterprise workflows.
  • •Experience delivering coherent end-to-end solutions with strong project management, planning, and excellent verbal/written communication (German is a plus).
