Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap for consumer deposits and withdrawals across European geographies, maximizing payment method localization (e.g., SEPA Instant, Open Banking).
  • •Lead a cross-functional engineering squad end-to-end from ideation to delivery and post-delivery by writing PRDs and managing scope.
  • •Architect robust payment transaction journeys using payment state machines, edge-case handling, and idempotent systems to prevent lost deposits and reduce user friction.
  • •Improve conversion by building and iterating on intelligent payment routing and cascading logic, normalizing decline reasons, and implementing smart retries with clear user error messaging.
  • •Partner with Finance, Fraud, and Risk Operations to automate broker operations such as ledgering, settlement monitoring, and exception handling, and coordinate with PSPs to enforce SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth consumer fintech, neobank, or retail broker shipping transactional infrastructure.
  • •Strong hands-on product fluency with API ergonomics, webhooks, microservices architecture, and system observability tools.
  • •Deep understanding of fiat payments rails including SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, and card schemes, plus clearing/settlement cycles.
  • •Ability to use data to diagnose infrastructure leaks and funnel/system failure modes using tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or SQL.
  • •Experience designing and delivering product strategy across deposits and withdrawals across multiple European geographies.
