Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, debug, and implement system software and applications aligned to business requirements with performance, reliability, and scalability in mind.
•Serve as technical leader on large, complex initiatives—solving challenging problems and guiding architectural decisions.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, setting direction and adapting development plans as needed.
•Define and validate system and application design requirements aligned to long-term business objectives and continuously optimize solutions.
•Oversee technical problem resolution across initiatives and coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,320 - 160,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
•5 to 7 years in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.
•Expertise designing, building, and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade, multi-tier applications across web and mobile.
•Experience architecting enterprise-scale integrations using APIs and middleware, including legacy ERP systems such as SAP.
•Advanced hands-on web and backend skills including modern Angular, Java (11/17+), and Spring Boot with CI/CD, containers, and relational databases.
