Project Manager, Construction

Manage the construction process end-to-end, from bid through completion. Track permits, coordinate bids and contractor selection (including GC contract negotiations), and oversee vendors with internal procurement support. Build cost reports and schedules, partner with design and engineering to finalize designs, and identify construction issues prior to submission to AHJ. Communicate project status to corporate leadership across safety, sustainability, and quality while negotiating vendor contracts.
