Job Summary

Lead the design and build of agentic AI solutions that go live inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll own complex components end-to-end—from architecture decisions and prompt/LLM behavior to production deployment, validation, observability, and integration with customer systems. Work with a delivery pod and Deployment Strategist to deliver PoCs and MVPs quickly, while building data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks to monitor performance and KPI outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions, owning components end-to-end from architecture choice through production deployment and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
•Lead PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly by co-building with customers and partners.
•Serve as a senior technical voice in your pod by surfacing platform gaps and edge cases, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering to translate customer business challenges into shipped agentic solutions.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, ideally in an AI stack or full-stack development.
•Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
•Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, plus expert understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Fluency in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written).
