Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions, owning components end-to-end from architecture choice through production deployment and observability.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and oversee agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • •Lead PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly by co-building with customers and partners.
  • •Serve as a senior technical voice in your pod by surfacing platform gaps and edge cases, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering to translate customer business challenges into shipped agentic solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, ideally in an AI stack or full-stack development.
  • •Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
  • •Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, plus expert understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • •Fluency in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written).
