Own day-to-day relationships with retail advertisers and help ensure success of their TikTok investment. Drive adoption of TikTok performance and auction-based tools through proactive technical support, measurement strategy, and consultative insights. Analyze campaign performance data and advanced measurement results (e.g., Conversion Lift Studies) to recommend optimizations and unlock new business opportunities, while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of TikTok performance solutions and scale performance spend for UK advertisers.
•Increase adoption of auction-based tools with ongoing technical support and proactive analysis.
•Lead full-funnel media strategy, planning, and implementation aligned to client business goals.
•Develop and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery; analyze Conversion Lift Studies outcomes.
•Present insights consultatively, manage and grow post-sale relationships, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to troubleshoot client issues.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated account management and/or performance experience in digital marketing.
•Experience executing on a biddable network.
•Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN).
•Experience managing brand advertisers with full-funnel objectives.
•Ability to analyze data to identify insights and assess campaign performance.
