Key Responsibilities

  • •Align People strategy with business goals and the site’s long-term vision as a key advisor to site leadership.
  • •Strengthen leadership pipelines through succession planning, workforce strategy, and inclusion initiatives.
  • •Lead implementation of global People programs (Rewards, Recognition, Learning, Talent Management) and major change initiatives (job level structure transitions, SPOC optimization, career path development).
  • •Use People analytics and KPIs to identify workforce trends and create executive-ready insights for site and global leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

  • •Advanced analytical skills, including people analytics and workforce planning.
  • •Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, with cultural nuance understanding.
