Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of Pega modules, managing user stories and technical tasks to deliver solutions on schedule.
  • •Architect and develop scalable Pega application interfaces and integrations with external systems.
  • •Enforce Pega architecture, design, and coding best practices, maintaining consistency and technical excellence.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex Pega issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements; drive testing and QA; maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of hands-on Pega application development experience, with up to 8 years in Java backend and microservices environments.
  • •Pega PRPC version 8+ expertise, including Pega Case Management and components such as File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, and UI Rules.
  • •Experience with full PRPC implementation lifecycle, including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design.
  • •Database management and integration skills with PL-SQL, plus Pega interfaces/connectors (SOAP, REST, MQ, File Listeners).
  • •Pega security configuration experience, including external authentication mechanisms.
