Key Responsibilities

•Deliver lessons that inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes.

•Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker, and use assessment data to guide planning and intervention.
•Manage classes and behavior effectively in line with the school’s behaviour policy and act decisively when needed.
•Collaborate with curriculum action groups, communicate with parents using school systems, and run a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
•Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience.
•Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
•Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
•A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
