Operate a variety of production machines to manufacture aircraft engine components including blades and/or vanes. Work on the production line performing routine operations and quality checks while reading process sheets and using measuring devices. Clock labor in Solumina, perform daily total preventative maintenance (TPM), and keep equipment and work areas clean under 5S. Requires shift work with overtime as needed and production setup changes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate production machines (e.g., washer, shot peen, furnace, welding/ablation processes, x-ray, bake/detail) and produce parts per standard work.
•Perform daily standard work, interpret process sheets, and follow work instructions.
•Read/interpret gages, deburr and clean parts, make minor offset changes, change set-ups, and document check sheets/run charts.
•Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and document results.
•Maintain cleanliness using 5S and move throughout the machine line to operate equipment and transport parts/equipment as required.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•U.S. citizenship required for access to information under the program/contract.
•Previous manufacturing experience or education or Advanced Manufacturing Certification.

•Ability to work shift work and overtime when needed.
