Job Summary

Operate and adjust production machinery under supervision of the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager. Read job specifications, observe dryer operation, and make adjustments to maintain set parameters. Fill material bins to meet daily production schedules, receive aggregates from bulk deliveries, and operate a front-end loader to fill silos. Perform routine maintenance, support daily startup, and maintain housekeeping in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.

•Perform routine machine maintenance, start up machinery for daily production, and maintain clear housekeeping in assigned areas.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent, or at least one year of related trade experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
•Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide measurements using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
•Ability to operate a front-end loader and maintain high accuracy in work assignments.
