Job Summary

Lead and strengthen the Missouri bridge practice by delivering high-quality structural engineering services and expanding client relationships. Mentor staff, develop design plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and support cross-functional project execution across multiple concurrent projects. Partner with local leadership to shape region-wide client-facing strategies while maintaining quality control, performing structures computations and analysis, and producing strong technical deliverables for projects and proposals.

•Develop and expand the client base through high-quality structural engineering services, including identifying business development opportunities and partnerships.

•Execute project work as part of a cross-functional team across multiple concurrent projects.
•Maintain quality control standards, perform structures-related computations and analysis, and produce high-quality technical deliverables for projects and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering with prior structural design experience.
•Professional Engineer (PE) licensure/certification in Missouri or ability to gain licensure through reciprocity.
•Proficiency in structural engineering principles, practices, processes, and applying them to project issues.
•Experience with MoDOT policies, standards, and details.
