Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations, including supervision of labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedules and budgets
  • •Maintain work quality, minimize reworks, and perform corrective/remedial actions as directed by the site engineer
  • •Monitor latest valid drawings and coordinate activities to ensure work is completed according to as-built requirements
  • •Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), and that work is completed by scheduled dates
  • •Enforce HSE procedures daily, report risks to the site engineer, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and approved documentation (shop drawings/method statements)
  • •Strong knowledge of safety programs, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills
  • •High School Diploma in a related technical certificate
