Lead enterprise-scale transformation for digital, data, and AI initiatives by designing scalable, secure architectures that connect content, data, insights, and activation across Adobe Experience Cloud and major cloud providers. Key Responsibilities

•Develop Digital, Data, and AI strategy by collaborating with executives to establish a clear vision for digital experiences, customer engagement, and AI-powered innovation; translate business priorities into actionable, multi-year architecture roadmaps; define success measures and benchmarks to guide investment decisions.
•Lead the Enterprise Architecture Build by constructing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and client ecosystems; define data/AI architecture patterns and establish standards for cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
•Drive Alignment and Transformation by aligning business strategy with enterprise architecture across marketing, technology, product, analytics, and data teams; establish governance frameworks and operating models; build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enable transformation.
•Influence and Encourage by communicating architecture vision to executives, leading strategy workshops and roadmap discussions, and advocating for data-driven and AI-powered experiences; guide clients through technology change with a clear point of view.
•Contribute to Adobe's Growth by building reusable frameworks and reference architectures, mentoring architects, and supporting strategic sales opportunities through solution building and executive presentations.

Key Requirements

•Proven success developing and leading enterprise architecture strategies for complex organizations.
•Deep expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns, including TOGAF and API-first approaches.
•Experience crafting cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or comparable cloud platforms.
•Demonstrated experience crafting AI-enabled customer experiences using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
•Understanding of AI governance, observability, reliability, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
