Job Summary

Lead Alcoa’s Asset Management Systems practice to deliver high-quality asset management processes and improve master data governance across sites. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Asset Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of asset management systems and processes across sites and functions.
•Maintain and improve master data standards to support compliance with the Asset Management Framework and drive productivity and cost improvements.
•Develop maintenance KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance for asset owners and managers.
•Optimize and configure asset management systems (CMMS, MES, predictive tools, and engineering applications) to align with business and analytical needs.
•Serve as the central liaison to support integrations, digital transformation initiatives, connected worker solutions, and proactive system health monitoring.
