Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-through and sell-in forecasts for North America retail partners.
  • •Translate POS, inventory positions, historical trends, seasonality, promotional plans, and new product introductions into demand assumptions and forecast updates.
  • •Monitor inventory health and recommend sell-in and replenishment plans balancing revenue goals, service levels, and inventory health; escalate low stock/excess and timing risks.
  • •Partner with Retail, GTM, Product, and Supply Planning on promotions, assortment changes, and new retailer/product/door launches to support forecast scenarios and lifecycle transitions.
  • •Own recurring retail demand planning analytics and reporting (forecast vs. actuals, trend and inventory metrics), maintain an audit trail of forecast changes, and improve tools and planning logic.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of hands-on demand planning, merchandise planning, or related analytical experience supporting physical products in retail, consumer electronics, or CPG.
  • •Experience with retail forecasting concepts including sell-through vs. sell-in, promotional lifts, inventory targets, and weeks-of-supply.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • •Comfort working with large, imperfect data sets from multiple sources (POS, inventory, shipment data).
  • •Cross-functional experience with commercial, supply chain, finance, and product stakeholders, and the ability to translate analysis into clear business insights.
