  • •Conduct and use customer research, including sitting in on sales and support calls and analyzing feedback to choose which problems to solve.
  • •Measure results after shipping and document learnings; write 1-pagers capturing the problem, evidence, and how success will be judged.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working directly with customers and driving your own research.
