Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology for customers as the on-site face of Vivint. Evaluate customer homes, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements, and train homeowners on how to use their systems. Perform safety analysis of each home and deliver strong customer education while partnering with a national team supported by virtual and on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing support.
