Key Responsibilities

  • •Run daily onboarding classes for Virtual Assistants covering Wing policies, professionalism, data privacy, security, time-tracking, and client etiquette
  • •Lead tool bootcamps with live demos for common client tools and assign hands-on tasks
  • •Conduct client-readiness drills including tone practice, communication style, meeting notes, task intake, follow-ups, and escalation paths
  • •Translate client SOPs into step-by-step checklists and run simulated tickets with a rubric for scoring
  • •Calibrate QA standards and brief VAs on defects, accuracy, turnaround time, and formatting

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 50,000 - 80,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years in live training/facilitation, L&D, BPO coaching, or training enablement
  • •Experience with assessing trainees and bridging gaps between instructional design and operational issues like churn/escalation types
  • •Clear, confident communicator with English neutral accent and strong pacing
  • •Skilled at group management, engaging sessions, and cold-calling participants
  • •Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific or similar), Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet tools
