Participate in an onboarding and rotation program across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for placement as a Financial Center Manager. Build strong Consumer and Small Business relationships, master consultative selling to identify customer financial needs, and help execute a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) book of business strategy. Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while modeling ethical conduct and supporting community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships to deliver a memorable customer experience
•Develop and maintain knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team
•Use consultative sales to proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and supports an integrated book of business strategy using Financial Needs Assessments (FNA).

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
•Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
