Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive One value with customer needs.
  • •Deliver in-depth solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts with enterprise stakeholders to secure the technical win.
  • •Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
  • •Partner with customers to understand objectives and cybersecurity initiatives, establishing strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
  • •Drive platform adoption and operationalize Immersive One within customers, including executive business reviews and serving as an escalation point between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant, including time in a pre-sales capacity; customer success experience is desirable.
  • •Extensive client-facing experience consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong IT fundamentals across hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
  • •Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards with clear, jargon-free communication.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, and security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM) plus public cloud environments.
