Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, developing strategic alliances to expand market reach.
  • •Lead proposal capture teams for major multidisciplinary and alternative delivery pursuits in coordination with client account managers, market sector leads, marketing, and operations.
  • •Provide full accountability for project delivery, ensuring requirements are met within approved scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • •Oversee project budgets and finances, including monthly invoices and financial reporting, and deliver planned profit margins.
  • •Oversee project managers and teams, conduct peer reviews of deliverables, and lead change management, payment certificates, contract administration, and close-out procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed architect or engineer.
  • •University degree in a relevant field of study.
  • •Ten (10) years of relevant experience, including a minimum five (5) years as a Project Director delivering new buildings and capital improvement projects.
  • •Alternative delivery experience (Design-Build, P3, and Construction Management) on new construction and renovation projects with a minimum $25M value within the last 15 years.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance or 10 years residence history in Canada.
