Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data for equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
  • •Track KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Site Manager, COR, and QA staff.
  • •Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and develop corrective actions to improve compliance and efficiency.
  • •Validate property records and turn-in documentation accuracy and assist with resolving accountability and inventory reconciliation discrepancies.
  • •Analyze transportation data, support ISO 9001:2015 compliance monitoring, and contribute to site SOPs, checklists, and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • •3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
  • •Experience with Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
  • •Experience with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts), Access or other analytical tools, plus strong written and verbal communication.
