Supplier Performance Specialist

Drive supplier performance improvements by working with a global team of manufacturers and commodity managers to select key suppliers and execute improvement projects. Use value stream mapping and Lean problem-solving (including SIPOC), along with forecasting, lot-size optimization, stocking programs, and non-value-add elimination. Regularly review supplier performance on on-time delivery and lead-time reduction, coordinate with materials management and SQE partners, and support planning across cross-functional teams.
