Key Responsibilities

•Drive brand growth from the front lines by acting as an engine of growth within the retail landscape and maximizing commercial success and premium experiences.
•Lead Retail Support and Training through impactful store visits, delivering product education and tailored training sessions for different accounts.
•Conduct product training at clinics with local health professionals, detailing technical features of On footwear to position On as a credible referral brand for medical professionals.
•Capture field insights (market shifts, retail trends, product feedback) and relay them to the wider Commercial team as the brand’s Eyes and Ears.
•Proactively identify and create opportunities to move the needle in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute impactful brand moments.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of work experience in retail, field sales or medical professional experience
•Solid understanding of the sporting goods or footwear industry with hands-on experience
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
•Experience in product education/training and delivering in-store experiences
•Proficiency with basic digital tools (Google Workspace) and strong communication abilities
