Job Summary

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions as part of an Agile team, applying best practices to deliver reliable business process automation. Customize ServiceNow applications, build application tables, UI, and workflows, and deliver new services through the service portal. Write and maintain solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, support testing and certifications, troubleshoot issues, and keep the ServiceNow environment updated with minimal business impact.

•Support requirements, application testing, security-related certifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the ServiceNow environment with upgrades and releases.
