•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
•A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
