Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop high-performance embedded radar and RF sensing signal-processing software to detect and track targets under strict latency, memory, power, and update-rate constraints.
  • •Own the full development lifecycle, including mathematical modeling, algorithm prototyping, implementation on embedded processing cores, performance optimization, and system-level validation.
  • •Build modeling and simulation tools to prototype algorithms and generate test vectors; validate numerical accuracy and real-time performance with unit, functional, and lab tests.
  • •Perform firmware development by writing highly efficient, well-tested production code in C/C++ across embedded platforms, from low-power MCUs to multi-core processors.
  • •Collaborate on hardware co-design and RF calibration/seeker optimization, developing automated calibration methods and tracking system-level reliability by identifying and fixing issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience developing production signal processing software for radar, RF sensing, EW signal processing, wireless, or similarly demanding real-time systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of digital signal processing, statistical signal processing, estimation, detection theory, or related disciplines.
  • •Ability to translate mathematical models into implementable algorithms that meet system performance and real-time constraints.
  • •Proficiency with Python or MATLAB for algorithm development, simulation, recorded-data analysis, visualization, and test-vector generation, plus low-level proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
