Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Textiles & Furniture e-commerce growth by managing and onboarding low- and mid-tier sellers. Help secure deals tied to campaigns and seasonality, drive seller go-live and content uploads (Live and Video), and maintain service quality to improve buyer conversion. Partner with internal teams on a pricing competitiveness project, including campaign deal hunting and weekly performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and incubate low- and mid-tier Textiles & Furniture sellers and build relationships to negotiate best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Increase seller activity by pushing sellers to go-live and uploading new video to grow Live duration, sessions, and video volume.
•Identify collaborative opportunities aligned to sellers’ short- and long-term development plans, including creator collaboration and Ads investment.
•Maintain seller service quality to support better shopping experiences by reducing cancellations/returns and improving delivery speed and conversion drivers.
•Serve as a POC for an internal project on price competitiveness, including campaign deal hunting and weekly performance updates.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Motivated to learn about social commerce with initiative.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); AI tools are a plus.
