•Own outbound and inbound sales to build initial pipeline and close founder-assisted deals
•Sell to technical buyers including founders, AI teams, devtools companies, and engineering leaders
•Run discovery, demos, follow-ups, and close plans to convert opportunities
•Create target account lists and build the first Morph GTM playbook
•Feed product learnings back to engineering and help define ICP, pricing, objections, and sales process

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 120,000 annually
