Job Summary

Design, develop, and document automation to implement end-to-end solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure. Partner with business stakeholders and project managers to clarify requirements and timelines, and work with architects to create technical documentation and drive security/design approvals. Support SharePoint Online recertification, manage RAID risks/issues/dependencies, and assist major incident resolution with root cause analysis, then hand over solutions to operations with KT and guides.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and document automation required to implement end-to-end solutions for SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure development.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to discuss requirements and timelines.
•Work with architects and engineering teams to develop technical documents and drive security and design approvals.
•Ensure SharePoint Online recertification and support engineering-to-operations handover with KT, operation guides, and escalated issue support.
•Document and track project risks, issues, and dependencies in a RAID log; support major incident management and perform root cause analysis as needed.

Key Requirements

•Good hands-on experience and knowledge of SharePoint Online, including Azure Functions, Authentication, and managed identity.
•Strong hands-on experience developing Power Apps and flows.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview, especially records management.
•Strong knowledge using PnP and PowerShell for M365 and SharePoint Online development (including SPFX, PnP Framework, CSOM).
•Good hands-on experience with OOP concepts, C#, and TDD; working knowledge of Agile/SDLC tools such as JIRA, Bit Bucket, and Artifactory.
