Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult and counsel recruiting stakeholders including hiring managers, external vendors, and university partners.
  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent needs and align headcount priorities with business needs.
  • •Participate extensively in sourcing, screening, and interviewing, including candidate assessment.
  • •Maintain recruiting contacts and provide recommendations for company representatives visiting colleges and universities.
  • •Manage recruiting data and systems, extend and negotiate offers, initiate onboarding, and finalize hiring; lead or participate in recruiting projects and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in recruitment, direct sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • •Proven experience leading professional hiring or executing a scouting strategy.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and generate relevant reports.
  • •Excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills.
