Job Summary

Strategic, high-impact Principal Product Manager for Partner Sales who will own the end-to-end GTM partner experience. You will drive the partner ecosystem by integrating PRM (Impartner) with Salesforce, Adobe, and other GTM systems, optimize onboarding and deal registration, and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate partner revenue through scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the product vision and roadmap for the Partner Sales ecosystem, aligning technology investments with channel revenue goals.
•Map and optimize the end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to deal registration, pipeline management, and payout.
•Lead the technical strategy for integrating Impartner with Salesforce, Adobe, and other GTM systems to enable real-time data syncs and unified workflows.
•Identify friction points in the partner sales motion and build automated, scalable solutions to accelerate deal velocity and reduce administrative overhead.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Partner Marketing to deliver solutions that serve internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, or Partner Ecosystems at Principal or Senior level.
•Deep understanding of indirect sales motions (VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Tech Alliances) and what drives partner engagement and channel revenue.
•Hands-on experience managing and integrating PRM systems (Impartner) with CRM systems (Salesforce).
•Familiarity with integrating partner ecosystems into GTM toolchains including Zendesk, marketing automation platforms, and data warehouses.
•Ability to translate high-level channel strategy into detailed technical requirements and work with engineering teams.
