Job Summary

Own quality and test execution for electronics manufacturing at an HP CM partner factory near Sriperumbudur. Develop and integrate inspection methods, quality guidelines, and risk management practices across SMT/PCA and related processes, support NPI, and craft test strategies. Build automated test frameworks, analyze quality reports and test data to identify trends, drive root-cause corrective actions, and communicate findings to quality and product teams to improve reliability and reduce defects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop an understanding of inspection methods, quality guidelines, and risk management practices used in the organization.
•Design and integrate quality requirements, processes, and practices into product manufacturing.
•Support NPI (new product introduction/implementation) at the factory.
•Craft test strategies, build test setups, and automate test frameworks and test plans.
•Consolidate and analyze quality reports and test data to identify trends, propose changes, and communicate issue analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent.
•5-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in PC/3C products related industry.
•Good understanding of SMT/PCA manufacturing and test/inspection methods such as SPP/SPI, P&P, AOI, ICT, SA, and FBT.
•Knowledge of process/product quality controls including IQC/IPQC/OQC and line/process audits (ISO, ESD, SOP, etc.).
•Hands-on quality tools experience such as RC/CAPA, 8D, Lean 6S, Kaizen, plus ability to analyze and drive continuous improvement.
