Job Summary

APN Oncology & Hematology nurse practitioner at Hirslanden Klinik Hirslanden will lead clinic-wide oncology care support, assume professional responsibility for oncological and hematological topics, coach nursing teams, and advance evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities

•Shape the clinic-wide Onkologie Care Support, develop patient-centered care offerings, implement them, and continuously evaluate their impact.
•Take professional responsibility for oncological and hematological topics, coach nursing teams, and promote evidence-based nursing practice, especially in autologous stem cell transplantation and CAR-T therapies.
•Drive professional development and quality initiatives in your area and support certifications.
•Support and strengthen collaboration across different professional groups to ensure patient-centered care.
•Work with the clinical information system and multi-professional teams to optimize care delivery.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree (MScN) or currently enrolled at master level (MScN or equivalent)
•Clinical practice in acute hospital with a focus on oncology and/or hematology
•Hands-on, patient- and team-oriented mindset with a passion for professional development and coaching
•Structured, proactive work style that drives nursing development and initiative
•Experience with autologous stem cell transplantation and CAR-T cell therapies (preferred)
