Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of AI solutions from use case intake through production deployment, ensuring scalability and alignment to business objectives.
  • •Translate business requirements into practical, implementable end-to-end solution architectures aligned to the enterprise technology stack.
  • •Design and implement AI solutions across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, Google GCP, and other approved technologies.
  • •Lead solution design through Solution Design Authority (SDA) and internal architecture forums, preparing architecture artefacts and securing approvals.
  • •Support AI governance and production readiness activities, and provide hands-on prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting with engineering and delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of AI and generative AI solution architectures, including LLMs, agent-based patterns, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI integration.
  • •Practical experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge grounding, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
  • •Experience designing secure and controlled AI solutions, including guardrails, responsible AI, explainability, and governance considerations.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions in a regulated enterprise environment from requirements to production deployment.
  • •Ability to lead solution design through formal architecture governance processes (e.g., Solution Design Authority) with high-quality design artefacts and documentation.
