Deliver exceptional service to small business clients by proactively calling leads and supporting branch-based customers through a call-center environment. Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, recommend appropriate financial products, and achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals. Partner with branch teams and internal business lines to generate referrals and route clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners as additional needs are identified.
