Job Summary

Join Carvana’s reconditioning team in an entry-level automotive role at the inspection center in Chandler. You’ll choose from detailing, lot attendant/vehicle moving, photobooth photography, or inspecting vehicles and identifying imperfections. Work in a fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime as needed, using safety equipment and state-of-the-art tools. Training is provided to help you progress in skills and pay.

Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing exteriors.
•Move vehicles between departments in Carvana Inspection Centers.
•Take vehicle photos for customer visibility in the vehicle spinners.
•Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
•Work first shift (Mon–Fri 6am–3pm) and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business need.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
