Job Summary

Serve as the bridge between Life Operations and Technology by investigating complex production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating timely resolution of customer-impacting issues. Analyze business processes, system behavior, and operational data to assess impacts and recommend process and technology improvements. Own testing activities (including UAT and production validation), translate business needs into technical requirements, and help automate manual processes while partnering across Operations, Product, and Technology.

•Develop and execute testing strategies, including user acceptance testing and production validation, to ensure successful implementation.
•Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams by mentoring junior analysts, documenting best practices, and identifying automation opportunities.
