Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute Mintlayer’s AI strategy across ZK Thunder integration, the AI & Deep Tech Fund, internal tooling, and Mintlayer Atlas.
  • •Oversee technical scoping for on-chain AI applications on ZK Thunder, including verifiable inference, AI agent infrastructure, and autonomous protocol interactions.
  • •Lead AI investment thesis development and deal flow for Interest.One’s AI & Deep Tech Fund.
  • •Build Mintlayer Atlas product roadmap for AI training data licensing infrastructure built natively on-chain and develop market positioning with protocol developers and institutional allocators.
  • •Advise the executive team on AI tooling for internal operations and represent Mintlayer at AI and deep tech conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep ML/AI technical background with a demonstrated product or strategy track record.
  • •Familiarity with on-chain AI concepts, verifiable compute, or AI agent infrastructure.

  • •Ability to write clearly for both engineering audiences and institutional LPs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to evaluate ZK Thunder AI integration architecture and communicate the AI deep tech thesis.
