Key Responsibilities

  • •Localize globally aligned people strategies within your region and provide hands-on HR expertise to client groups
  • •Coach stakeholders on roles and responsibilities while demonstrating business acumen and understanding of key priorities
  • •Build talent and performance management foundations, including manager development, talent reviews, succession planning, coaching, documentation, and terminations
  • •Provide counsel on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • •Collaborate across PFO teams to center the employee experience and reduce employment risks

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent business/leadership experience) in business administration, program management, human resource management, or a related field

  • •Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, best practices, and employment law
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills across leader and employee audiences
  • •Experience implementing Diversity and Inclusion strategies
