Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile new orders to quoted terms, report discrepancies to Sales, and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
  • •Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings, prepare org charts, and lead kick-off customer meetings.
  • •Ensure correct specifications and approvals, track specification changes, communicate updates, and drive implementation.
  • •Monitor project progress, provide status reports and summaries, record meeting minutes, and ensure “Zero LDs”.
  • •Drive GP improvement initiatives, manage change orders, maintain cash flow with timely invoices, address legal aspects, and ensure proper project closure with handover reports and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech/B.E. in ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I, or Mechanical.

  • •Strong communication in written and spoken English.
  • •Thorough knowledge of shipment terms and strong technical expertise in Ovation hardware and buyouts.
