Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of DCS projects, ensuring smooth execution across customer relationship, cost, time, risk, and people KPIs. Lead the full project lifecycle—from sales handover and engineering/procurement through FAT, shipment, SAT, handover, and closure—while supporting bidding/proposals to optimize budgets. Coordinate internal kickoffs, keep specifications and approvals on track, manage change orders, provide status reporting, and drive GP and cash flow improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Reconcile new orders to quoted terms and report discrepancies to the sales team and stakeholders.
•Plan and run internal project kick-off meetings, including preparing org charts and leading kickoff customer meetings.
•Ensure correct specifications and document approvals for operations, track specification changes, and follow up on implementation.
•Provide periodic project summaries and status reports, monitor progress against delivery schedules, and circulate meeting minutes.
•Drive GP improvement initiatives, manage cash flow via timely invoices with supporting documents, and ensure proper project closure with handover and lessons learned.
