Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently fill in and perform assigned work when the regular worker is absent.
  • •Distribute, swap out, and collect knives during the shift as required.
  • •Set up assigned lines with stands and ice.
  • •Train and cross-train incoming or current workers on new skills as needed.
  • •Maintain compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to perform one or more functions of the deboning process.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • •Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
  • •Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
